Why can't you answer some of my questions over the phone or in an email?
When you contact us by phone or email concerning specific health questions, we are limited in the amount and type of information we can legally supply. We may explain the structure/function claims approved by the FDA, but any advice outside those parameters would be considered prescribing by the FDA and so is not allowed.
We will do our best to supply you with resources concerning current research in the health foods industry, like the information contained in the articles section of our website. Thanks in advance for your patience in this matter.

Satisfaction guaranteed or your money cheerfully refunded. Within 30 days with original cash register receipt only. All purchases paid by check have a 10 day waiting period. Please keep your receipt!!
Why don't you have the actual products you carry listed online?
Under our Specials tab on the menu, you can find a listing of the companies whose products we carry. You can also call us at 281-440-9081 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask if we carry a product you are interested in.
The natural products industry carries a very wide variety of products that can seem like a confusing maze to those not educated in the industry. Because we know that you are best served by being able to discuss your structure/function needs with a real person who knows the right questions to ask, we feel strongly that you are best served by visitng our store to find out about specific products. The number one goal of our educated employees is to "always take your health to heart!"
Will the supplement I am taking interfere with my prescribed medications?
The safest way to ensure that your supplements and prescribed or OTC medications are OK to take together is to consult your pharmacist or health care provider. Always ask before you start a new supplement or medication.
