Betsy
Betsy is the Owner of the store. She is involved in political activities in the health food industry and loves to learn about new products. A former RN, Betsy has been in the health industry for more than 30 years.
Richard
Richard is Betsy’s Husband. He is in Advertising, Customer Service and Accounting. He has been in the industry for 9 years.
John
John is Betsy’s Son and is the Accountant, in charge of all operations in the store. He, too, has grown up in the industry and is also currently the Treasurer for the National Products Association-Southwest.
Ramona
Ramona is Betsy’s Daughter-in-Law. She designs the Heartline newsletter, education programs and works with marketing the store's services, when she isn't working on her own writing.
The Sales Staff:
Ofilia
Ofilia’s duties include floor manager, overseeing the stocking of product, customer service, and product purchasing. She has worked for health food stores for over 13 years.
Lisa
Lisa's duties are customer service, overseeing inventory operations, and training staff. She has grown up in the nutrition industry and is very experienced in retail.
Tammy
Tammy's duties are customer service, cashier, and stocking of product. She has a background in accounting and has worked extensively with Betsy in various phases of nutrition over the last twenty-seven years.
Yanhira
Yanhira's duties are customer service, cashier, and stocking product. She loves learning more and more about health foods, as well as helping people. Be sure to share in one of her famous smiles when you visit!
Blanca
Blanca's duties are customer service, cashier, and stocking product. She enjoys learning more and more about health foods.
Kathryn
Kathryn's duties are customer service, cashier, and stocking product. She also helps to manage the support processes of our store.
Lindsey
Lindsey's duties are customer service, as well as POS support.
The Support Staff:
Linh
Linh's duties include customer service, cashier, POS support and stocking of product. Her accuracy with a price gun is legendary.
Macy
Macy's duties include customer service, POS processing, and vendor relationships. She helps make sure the products our customers need get ordered!
Khloe, Haley and Micah
As the youngest members of our staff, these high school students are getting an early start at learning the health foods industry by stocking, answering phones, helping customers and running the cash registers.
